1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To register and use a sbo99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any national or platform-level exclusion register applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of sbo99, its subsidiaries, or its technology providers.
• You must not currently hold another active or suspended sbo99 account.
• You must not access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, except where you have independently confirmed that your personal participation is lawful.

By registering an sbo99 account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are satisfied and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an sbo99 account, you must complete the registration form accurately. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Indonesian mobile number, and a chosen username and password. You must provide information that exactly matches the government-issued identification you will later submit for KYC verification.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one sbo99 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is a serious breach of these Terms. sbo99 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended immediately.
• Any balances across all accounts will be forfeited.
• Pending withdrawals will be cancelled and the funds returned to the deposit source where possible.
• Any bonuses or promotional credits will be voided without exception.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your sbo99 login credentials secure. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sbo99 will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported to sbo99 support immediately at [email protected]. sbo99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA via SMS OTP) on your account.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep your registered contact details current. If your email address or Indonesian mobile number changes, you must update your account settings promptly. sbo99 will not be liable for missed communications sent to outdated contact details on file.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sbo99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All account balances are held and displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sbo99 does not apply currency conversion fees for Indonesian payment methods.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit via e-wallet: Rp 10.000
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: Rp 25.000
• Deposits are credited to your sbo99 wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor, typically within seconds for e-wallets and within minutes for bank transfers.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• sbo99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit volumes.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that match your registered account identity and that have been used to make at least one prior deposit (where applicable).
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be held pending KYC completion.
• sbo99 processes withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA) typically settle within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically process within 15–60 minutes during normal banking hours (WIB).
• sbo99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are beyond sbo99's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification for accounts with unusual activity patterns.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional credits offered by sbo99 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms stated for each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded, are on a cool-off period, or whose accounts are under review are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any part of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or betting markets, minimum qualifying odds, and expiry date are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

sbo99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting designed to eliminate risk from a bonus offer, use of betting systems that systematically exploit low-edge games to clear wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, sbo99 may:

• Void the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds.
• Reclaim bonus funds from the account balance.
• Close the account and forfeit all funds in cases of serious or repeated abuse.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

sbo99 may offer time-limited promotional campaigns aligned with Indonesian holidays and cultural events, including but not limited to Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Specific terms for each seasonal campaign will be published at the time of the promotion's launch. sbo99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is only accepted and confirmed when the sbo99 system issues a unique bet reference number and the stake is deducted from your account balance. Screen captures taken before confirmation do not constitute evidence of a valid bet. Bets accepted during a period of demonstrated technical error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a data feed fault) may be voided at sbo99's discretion.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets at sbo99 reflect real-time data provided by third-party data feeds. sbo99 will not be held liable for delays or inaccuracies in live data that result in a player placing a bet based on incorrect information. sbo99 reserves the right to suspend or close any in-play market at any time without notice.

6.3 Esports Betting

Esports markets at sbo99 cover Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, and other titles. Tournament match results are sourced from official tournament organizers. sbo99 reserves the right to void esports markets where match integrity is called into question by the tournament organizer or a credible independent investigation.

6.4 Togel and Number Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results published on sbo99 are sourced from official draw records. Discrepancies between the draw result shown during a live draw and the official final result will be settled according to the official final result. sbo99 is not responsible for errors in third-party draw result publications.

6.5 Slot and Casino Games

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sbo99 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Opening or using more than one sbo99 account.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the sbo99 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the sbo99 platform's software or data feeds.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of fraudulent bet manipulation.
• Using payment methods that belong to a third party without their explicit authorization.
• Facilitating or assisting another person in any of the above prohibited activities.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or e-wallet provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and wagered on sbo99.

8 KYC Verification

sbo99 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before lifting deposit or betting limits on an account. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process protects both players and the platform from fraud and unauthorized use.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the sbo99 platform — including but not limited to the sbo99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, data feeds, game content, and written materials — is the exclusive property of sbo99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sbo99 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the sbo99 platform without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbo99 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the sbo99 platform.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages that are outside sbo99's direct control.
• Errors in third-party data feeds (sports results, draw results, live odds) that affect bet settlement, provided sbo99 acts promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Unauthorized access to your account where the security breach resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Where sbo99 is found liable despite the above exclusions, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your sbo99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your sbo99 account at any time by contacting sbo99 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all active wagering requirements have been assessed. Accounts subject to an ongoing investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

12.2 Termination by sbo99

sbo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Abuse of promotions or other platform features.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• The player's account having been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance.

Where an account is closed by sbo99 for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

sbo99 is an internationally operated platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sbo99 is incorporated, which takes precedence over the domestic laws of any individual player's country of residence for the purposes of dispute resolution, except where a mandatory local consumer protection law applies and cannot be contractually displaced.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your participation complies with all laws applicable to you in your place of residence. sbo99 does not represent that its Services are legal in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or related to your use of sbo99 that cannot be resolved through the support channel shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.
